\u652f\u4ed8\u4e86\u903e\u4e00\u767e\u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u79df\u91d1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\uff08REITs\uff09\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e2d\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6240\u6709\u8005\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u7d93\u71df\u8005\uff0c\u4f9d\u898f\u5b9a\u4e0d\u5f97\u76f4\u63a5\u7d93\u71df\u91ab\u7642\u7167\u8b77\u6a5f\u69cb\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5167\u90e8\u7d00\u9304\u986f\u793a\uff0cREITs \u7d93\u5e38\u5728\u9078\u64c7\u53ca\u4fdd\u7559\u7ba1\u7406\u516c\u53f8\u65b9\u9762\u626e\u6f14\u95dc\u9375\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u5373\u4fbf\u77e5\u6089\u5176\u7d93\u71df\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4eba\u54e1\u4e0d\u8db3\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u4e0d\u5584\u6216\u5b89\u5168\u9055\u898f\u3002\u9019\u4e9b REITs \u7684\u5546\u696d\u6a21\u5f0f\u662f\u900f\u904e\u6536\u53d6\u79df\u91d1\u7372\u5229\uff0c\u4e26\u56e0\u5c07\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u6536\u76ca\u5206\u914d\u7d66\u80a1\u6771\u800c\u4eab\u6709\u806f\u90a6\u4f01\u696d\u6240\u5f97\u7a05\u8c41\u514d\u3002\u4ee5 CareTrust REIT \u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74\u5176\u79df\u91d1\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u71df\u6536\u9054\u56db\u5104\u4e03\u5343\u516d\u767e\u842c\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u6de8\u5229\u6f64\u9ad8\u9054\u4e09\u5104\u5169\u5343\u842c\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u5229\u6f64\u7387\u9054\u767e\u5206\u4e4b\u516d\u5341\u4e03\uff0c\u9060\u9ad8\u65bc\u4e00\u822c\u71df\u5229\u6027\u91ab\u9662\u9023\u9396\u96c6\u5718\u767e\u5206\u4e4b\u5341\u7684\u5229\u6f64\u7387\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5176\u65d7\u4e0b\u7684\u990a\u8b77\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5e73\u5747\u6bcf\u5929\u63d0\u4f9b\u7d66\u6bcf\u4f4d\u4f4f\u6c11\u7684\u8b77\u7406\u6642\u6578\uff0c\u537b\u6bd4\u5168\u570b\u5e73\u5747\u5c11\u96f6\u9ede\u4e94\u5c0f\u6642\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u8ffd\u6c42\u9ad8\u79df\u91d1\u56de\u5831\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5df2\u5c0e\u81f4\u591a\u8d77\u60b2\u5287\u767c\u751f\u3002\u5728\u52a0\u5dde\u6c99\u52a0\u7dec\u5ea6\uff0c\u60a3\u6709\u963f\u8332\u6d77\u9ed8\u75c7\u7684\u767e\u6b72\u4f4f\u6c11 Capital\uff0c\u73fe\u540dDigitalBridge\uff09\u64c1\u6709\u7684 Greenhaven Estates Shirley Adams \u56e0\u5728 Lakeview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center \u5df2\u6536\u8cfc\u5168\u570b\u4e94\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u9ad8\u9f61\u4f4f\u5b85\uff0c\u4e26\u6295\u8cc7\u65bc\u516d\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u990a\u8b77\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u516c\u958b\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u7167\u8b77 REITs \u7e3d\u5e02\u503c\u63a5\u8fd1\u5169\u5343\u4e94\u767e\u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa REIT \u6295\u8cc7\u8207\u8b77\u7406\u85aa\u8cc7\u652f\u51fa\u589e\u52a0\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u6709\u5206\u6790\u8868\u660e\uff0cREITs \u6536\u8cfc\u5f8c\uff0c\u990a\u8b77\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5e38\u4ee5\u6280\u80fd\u8f03\u4f4e\u7684\u54e1\u5de5\u53d6\u4ee3\u8a3b\u518a\u8b77\u58eb\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5065\u5eb7\u6aa2\u67e5\u7d50\u679c\u60e1\u5316\u3002\u66f4\u4ee4\u4eba\u64d4\u6182\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u91ab\u7642\u8b77\u7406\u548c\u91ab\u7642\u6551\u52a9\u670d\u52d9\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08Centers \u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u4e26\u672a\u5e36\u4f86\u81e8\u5e8a\u7d50\u679c\u7684\u6539\u5584\u3002Green Street \u91ab\u7642\u7167\u8b77\u5206\u6790\u4e3b\u7ba1 Michael Stroyeck
